Monday’s Jazz Cat Party
Show Introduction
Join us for the Jazz Cat Party on Monday night!
Since the first half of the 20th century, jazz musicians have had a mysterious nickname: “Jazz Cool Cat.” Their melodies move with the free, nimble spirit of a cat out at night—sometimes showing off their individuality, sometimes gathering in the heart of the city to find the most elegant landing place through improvisation.
Every Monday night at JZ Club is a time for the “jazz cats” to play together. If you’re a cat too, join this party of musicians!

Spring Memories in Music: A Chinese-Style Spring Concert
Friday, May 1 · 7:30–9:00 p.m.
Doors open 30 minutes before the show.
Show Introduction
The spring breeze brews warmth, while the strings hold its fragrance.
Spring flowers bloom, spring rains fall softly, and the breeze is gentle; the beauty and emotion scattered through spring are worth cherishing.
If music were the yeast that turned spring memories into a fragrant wine, what would it taste like?
The concert Spring Memories in Music was born from that idea.
Cao Siyi, a composer and performer of Chinese-style guitar music, becomes the “brewmaster” of this spring concert. With a distinctive melodic recipe and nimble fingers on the strings, he creates a sound that is crisp, tender, and uniquely springlike.
The program also welcomes pipa player Rui Xi and guzheng player Lin Ruyi. Their instruments and individual styles add the color of traditional Chinese music, giving the spring melodies greater depth and a lingering finish.
For listeners who already know Cao Siyi, familiar pieces will return in fresh arrangements, offering a new taste of spring.
For those discovering his music, this is a spring vintage crafted with care by the musicians—one that may win you over from the first sip.
Late spring meets early summer, with warm breezes and flowers in bloom.
Join us for this musical gathering and share a glass of spring, brewed in sound.
